Team Leader – Full time – Permanent

The role:

Responsible for leading and developing a team of Claim Handlers and Rental Property Finders and assisting with the day-to-day operations of Rapid Relocate. Embed our DELIGHT culture into every aspect of your work constantly striving to exceed customer and client expectations within your team.

It is essential that you have proven leadership and customer experience and success in
building and maintaining positive work relationships.
You must be an effective people leader and role model able to influence and motivate others to achieve success and through periods of change. Able to get on well with a wide variety of people, an excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels with effective time management and able to prioritise with a flexible approach.

Requirement:

At least one year’s experience in a similar role

Hours of work:

Full Time, 40 hours per week, covering our opening hours on a Rota basis.Opening hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Office based.

The Package:

• Salary: £27,500 to £28,500 dependent on experience
