Our Story

Established in 2014, we’re specialists in the claim management of emergency and alternative accommodation solutions.

Working closely with a former loss adjuster with over 30 years’ experience, has ensured that the structure, development and focus of the company is fine tuned to the needs of our primary market. We have an in depth understanding of the insurance market.

We work with many of the biggest household and commercial insurance companies in the UK and are leaders in what we do.

We’ve built a successful dedicated and caring team to delight our clients and customers with high quality, value for money claim handling services.
We deliver a fast, efficient and compassionate response for emergency relocation. We pride ourselves on finding the best alternative accommodation solutions for each individual need, offering flexibility and taking accountability.

Our enviable growth has been fuelled by our passion for our product backed by our delightful service, underpinned by superior technological systems for claim handling and accommodation solution booking, and robust operating processes.

In 2019 Rapid Relocate was bought by HotelshopUK Ltd, a leading travel management company and our major supplier. Our management team are united in supporting the company’s next phase of growth. Heaps of time has been invested in creating our bespoke AA claims management system, which we’re super proud of. We’re excited to be able to implement our vision and business plans to take Rapid Relocate to the next phase of growth as part of the hotelshopUK.

Our owners, hotelshopuk, are a long established provider of hotel and serviced apartment accommodation (and related travel services) to the corporate market and leisure breaks (through Great Little Breaks) so have immediate access to an extensive range of accommodation solutions at the keenest prices alongside bespoke technological solutions to complete the search and booking action.
