Please get in touch if you feel you can add to our service offering
We take the selection and performance of our suppliers very seriously and each Third Party Supplier is assessed thoroughly before a written agreement is put in to practice.

Only those suppliers demonstrating to operate by similar standards and ethos to our own become our partners. Quality and customer service is paramount.

Wherever possible we choose to work with suppliers who are ISO9001 accredited to ensure they consistently meet the expectations of our clients and customers.

When we contract with new suppliers or when we’re awarded a new Insurance contract our supplier implementation meetings are designed to embed the standards and expectations our clients’ desires of, not only ourselves, but indeed our supply chain.

We’re constantly on the lookout for new and innovative emergency and alternative accommodation solutions to bolster our inventory. Please get in touch if you feel you can add to our service offering.

You’ll be asked to complete a supplier self-assessment form. We’re on hand to help.

Our supplier relationships and performance are reviewed regularly as common practice and we also hold a full annual audit to continually assess the skill levels and competencies of each supplier.

We know from when we started out, if the Insurance sector isn’t your primary market the requirements can be daunting – but its 100% worth the effort to be able to help customers forced out of their homes

.

We require our suppliers to provide:

A service team between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 10am – 4pm
An emergency out of hours service available 365 days of the year 24/7
A service with geographical coverage of a significant portion of the UK
You’ll need to:
  • Comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and Sustainability Policy
  • Comply with all relevant contractual obligations agreed by Rapid Relocate with their clients subject to adequate briefing and agreement
  • Comply with all current and future applicable Data Protection laws and regulations
  • Commit to maintaining plans for handling Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery events that may otherwise impact your ability to provide services. You should undertake to test your plans at least once a year.

Together we’ll work to identify areas where improved efficiencies and working practices will deliver improved services, and to maximise and enhance innovation.
