FSQS (Helios) Recertification – Raising the Bar on Quality, Compliance and ESG

We’re delighted to share that we’ve successfully achieved our annual recertification with FSQS – Helios — with particularly strong results in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Rapid Relocate have proudly certified with FSQS since 2019. This year, we were certified in the top 5% for ESG, exceeding our original target of achieving a top 10% position. This is an outcome we’re extremely pleased with and one that reflects the ongoing focus we place on responsible, sustainable and well‑governed business practices.

What FSQS – Helios Means

The Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS) is widely used across financial services to assess supplier risk, governance and compliance. Annual recertification requires organisation to demonstrate that our policies, procedures and controls are robust, current and operating effectively.

The assessment spans areas including:

  • Governance and financial stability
  • ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance
  • Information security and data protection
  • Health & Safety
  • Business continuity and operational resilience
  • Ethical business practices

These areas reflect regulatory expectations from bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).

Exceeding Our ESG Target

While we set out to achieve a top 10% ESG position, attaining a top 5% ESG rating goes beyond exceeding a numerical target — it demonstrates the maturity and consistency with which ESG is embedded across our business.

This recognition affirms that ESG is not treated as a compliance exercise or an annual submission. Instead, it is integrated into how we operate day to day, guiding long‑term decision‑making and continuous improvement across the organisation.

This outcome reflects the progress we continue to make across:

  • Environmental responsibility and sustainability initiatives
  • Social value, culture and wellbeing
  • Governance, transparency and accountability

Importantly, this result isn’t a one‑off. It is the product of embedding ESG considerations into business decisions, rather than treating them as a standalone requirement.

Using Recertification as a Self‑Assessment Exercise

While recertification provides valuable external validation, we actively use the FSQS submission process as a structured self‑assessment.

Each year, it allows us to:

  • Review and refresh policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and consistency
  • Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory and client expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement across the organisation

This approach means compliance remains active and meaningful — not static documentation.

What This Means for Our Clients

Our FSQS – Helios recertification, combined with our top 5% ESG performance, gives clients confidence that they are working with a partner committed to high standards, responsible practices and continuous improvement, providing:

  • Confidence that quality, governance and compliance are taken seriously
  • Reassurance that ESG is embedded into how we operate
  • Trust that our processes are continually reviewed, assessed and strengthened
