Serviced Apartments – Located in towns and cities around the UK, home from home with own cooking, laundry and living facilities. Often more suitable than a hotel, especially for larger families where multiple rooms would otherwise be required.
Holiday Lets – Utilising a trusted network of suppliers we can locate short term holiday type accommodation. Well-appointed cottages, holiday homes and flats provide a home from home.
Often pet friendly, located in more rural areas, many have parking facilities for special cargo or unusually sized vehicles, and some even accommodate horses. City locations are also available.
Leisure Breaks – We’ve access to Great Little Breaks who specialise in 3-5 star short break deals across the UK. With the rise of staycations through Covid, on occasions we’ve struggled to find alternative accommodation in popular holiday destinations at peak times. In such cases we’re able to offer a short break in another part of the UK, perhaps providing an opportunity to catch up with distant family or friends.
Where a property is going to be uninhabitable for a longer period a rental property is usually the best solution. We establish specific needs and requirements taking into account for example workplace, school runs, any pets, number of rooms required and then we liaise with estate agents to source the most suitable available properties.
We make it a priority to stay on top of legislation changes to ensure we’re best placed to quickly secure properties. We maintain contact with all parties to facilitate viewings and credit and referencing checks. It’s then between the renter and agent in terms of the legal agreements however we stay involved to ensure payment of deposits and monthly rental fees in a timely manner.
We manage the removals and any storage of furniture and belongings as necessary. When required we arrange for delivery and installation of temporary furniture. Where possible we manage the need for temporary furniture and/or storage around any ongoing furniture restorations.

We see these are most appropriate where it’s essential there’s always someone on site at the risk address – for example when there are pets or livestock that cannot be left unattended. These units can be delivered anywhere throughout the UK, where suitable space at the risk address allows.

It’s not always convenient or desirable to relocate from the risk address. We evaluate the suitability of a range of innovative solutions to facilitate staying at home, or getting back home as soon as possible.
We also offer a totally flexible solution that can be configured to suit any room and preference for storage, work surface and appliances.
For temporary kitchens and bathrooms all that’s needed is access to a cold water supply, electricity and waste water connections. Solutions can be up and running in a matter of hours.
Modular living pods can be customised to your needs providing temporary living or bedroom space, as well as kitchen or bathroom space, even a gym joined to your house! They can be adapted for people with disabilities.
Temporary Kitchen (Internal) – pop-up kitchen capsule options with footprints smaller than the average 3 seater sofa (1.0m x 2.3m of floor space, 2.1m high). It includes protective rubber floor, Neff induction hob (pans supplied), fan assisted oven, sink with hot and cold water, fridge freezer, extractor fan, over counter kitchen storage cupboards with under unit lighting and plumbing and sockets for washing machine or dishwasher. Amazingly it provides over 1m of counter top!
Temporary Kitchen Pods (external) – a fully fitted and heated kitchen that sits on the drive within a 6m x 2m pod. It provides full facilities including a four-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, sink and table and chairs.
Temporary Bathroom (Internal) – pop-up sealed shower cubicle with bi-fold doors, light and extractor fan, 1m x 1m shower tray, basin, illuminated mirror, shaving socket, storage cupboard, hot water cylinder and towel hooks.
Temporary Bathroom Pod (external) – from just a toilet to a fully fitted and heated wet room pod that sits on your drive within a 3.5m x 2m pod. The pod provides a toilet, shower, basin, shaving sockets and wardrobe. Should it be needed we’re also able to supply a fully fitted Doc-M compliant disabled wet room incorporating an electric lift.
We have a network of partners who provide a full professional packaging and removal services. Additionally we arrange storage services at safe and secure locations around the UK. We know how frustrating it is when you need something that’s in storage so when needed, we ensure belongings can be accessed easily.
Where space allows, storage pods can be constructed at the risk address for easy frequent access. They are flat pack so can be moved through doorways/alleys to get to the space available. Constructed from a series of 2.0m x 1.0m they can be built to meet individual needs. Once in place, temperature and humidity are controllable and they can be securely locked.
We may also be able to arrange for vehicles of particular value to be parked in a secure and lockable location.
Together with our supplier we ensure disposal minimises negative environmental impact and aligns with a 0% waste to landfill target. For large items unwanted but in good condition, they can be collected and delivered to charity for resale. Alternatively, where items are not resalable – the Reuse Network or social enterprises such as local wood recycling projects are utilised. For other waste, our partner uses onsite skips ensuring it is correctly separated for collection and efficient recycling through licensed waste management providers. Electrical waste is recycled in compliance with WEEE Regulations.
We’ve partners on hand to deliver and install furniture, whether this be a single item or a complete pack for a four bedroomed house. From sofas, to white goods and TV’s, bed linen, kitchen and electrical packs. Our suppliers are very flexible and facilitate item by item selection which are then delivered ready for your use.
We ensure from the outset that we learn full details of any pets and the relevant care that they need. We have access to many pet friendly accommodation options including hotels, serviced apartments, rentals and holiday lets. We’ll also perform searches for pet boarding options, and then handle bookings for the option selected. When looking at rental options we undertake extensive dialogue with both Estate Agent and Landlord to agree conditions for accepting pets (e.g. an increased deposit/additional deep clean on departure).
We’ve also been able to find safe, suitable accommodation for less common pets ranging from pythons to parrots and tarantulas to hedgehogs!
When vacating a long term rental, particularly where pets have been accommodated, landlords often request a deep clean. We organise this to ensure the property is ready for the next tenant.
