Our suppliers
The Company operates a supplier policy and maintains a preferred supplier list. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become a preferred supplier. Our anti-slavery policy forms part of our contract with all suppliers and they are required to confirm that no part of their business operations contradicts this policy.
In addition to the above, as part of our contract with suppliers, we require that they confirm to us that:
-
They uphold minimum commitments relating to labour standards. These standards should meet the four ‘core’ ILO conventions on labour rights (evidence of compliance is required)
-
All applicable minimum wages, benefits and working hours’ standards are complied with and that short term or temporary contracts to avoid providing full employee benefits for low wage workers are not used
-
All relevant health and safety laws and regulations are complied with both in letter and in spirit

Employees are protected from discrimination, on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
-
We may terminate the contract at any time should any instances of modern slavery come to light
