We’re proud to have been the first company within our client’s supply chain to complete testing and confirm readiness for Go Live.

Building on our successes, we’ve achieved significant milestones, such as providing daily exports into our client’s ‘data lakes.’ This real-time data empowers our client to make informed decisions and optimise the overall customer journey.

Looking ahead, we’re committed to continuous improvement. Our upcoming rollout of a live Management Information dashboard will further enhance our reporting capability, differentiating us from our competitors and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Through our Claim Handling system, Neptune, we maintain real-time communication with our key supplier, ensuring swift resolution of claims and seamless coordination. API integration allows for automatic enquiries and options, minimising delays and providing a comprehensive audit trail.
